About District
Narayanpur is a district in the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. It was created on May 11, 2007, after being separated from Bastar district, and is one of the two new districts formed at that time. Narayanpur is known for its rich tribal heritage, natural resources, and scenic beauty. The region is covered with dense forests and surrounded by mountains, rivers, waterfalls, and natural caves. Its traditional art, culture, customs, and lifestyle reflect the ancient heritage of the Bastar region. Overall, Narayanpur is a place where rich tribal traditions and natural beauty exist together.
